Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Returns must be made with the product unused, in its original condition, with complete packaging .
Each returned item will be meticulously checked to ensure it meets all the conditions just described, ensuring it is in perfect condition , with the original packaging and labels intact before proceeding with the refund .
Return costs : If the product is defective, returns are free. For other reasons, the return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.
Sale, customised or worn items cannot be returned.
